The “image” of McGrath and its representatives is first class, reflected in such things as the appearance, presentation, punctuality and manner of both Johan and Kevin.

Johan and Kevin’s passion and commitment to win was never in question.

The quality of the marketing (ie. photos, advertising collateral) is first class and I would say best of breed in the industry.

The feedback mechanisms of regular meetings supported by activity reports provided a good status of where we were at any point in time.

The level of activity in the few days leading up to the auction was very evident and they did an excellent job in actually getting prospective purchasers to turn up and bid on the auction day.

The property sold in a relatively quick time, at the end of the day we only had to endure the stress of a sales campaign that lasted effectively five weeks.  We recognize this is a comparatively short time and we feel the price achieved in the end was not disappointing.
